I was already starting my own consultancy, and when I learned of the partnering model offered, it seemed a logical step to take. We decided to launch a new business under the SHERE banner and I became the managing partner. We called the business SHERE Marketing Business Consulting and set up a new Limited Liability Partnership with that name. Gaining access to existing clients to offer my financial and business consulting services was attractive, while having the opportunity to tap into the SHERE business development activity on behalf of my new partnership business was also potentially very valuable.
